The Pilots
2 guest performances by young choreographers of the Hochschulübergreifendes Zentrum Tanz – Pilotprojekt Tanzplan Berlin (HZT). Two different nights of departures, arrivals, loopings and views from outer space. Friday 5 & Saturday 6 February 2010, 20.00 hrs, de Theaterschool, Danstheater.
The Pilots present their work after three years of experiments and experiences being the first students of the study course Contemporary Dance, Context, Choreography (BA) of the Hochschulübergreifendes Zentrum Tanz – Pilotprojekt Tanzplan Berlin (HZT).
Two different nights of departures, arrivals, loopings and views from outer space by Evamaria Bakardjiev, Jasmin Ihrac, An Kaler, Tümay Kilincel, Felix Ott, Kai Stoeger, Anna Till, Nils Ulber and Marysia Zimpel.
The visit of THE PILOTS in Amsterdam is part of an exchange programme between the SNDO Amsterdam and the HZT Berlin which started in July 2009 with the guest performances “To be continued” of the SNDO graduates at Sophiensaele Berlin.
Co-operative Dance Education Centre Berlin (HZT). The pilot project will continue to be supported until March 2010 by the federal state of Berlin and Tanzplan Deutschland, an initiative of the Kulturstiftung des Bundes. In the future the Co-operative Dance Education Centre Berlin (HZT) will be financed by the Berlin University of the Arts and the School for Dramatic Arts “Ernst Busch” in cooperation with the TanzRaumBerlinNetwork.
