ANN LIV YOUNG SNDO Artist in Residence

From January 17 until February 18, 2011, the New York cult - choreographer and performer ANN LIV YOUNG will be working as artist in residence at the School voor Nieuwe Dansontwikkeling (SNDO), the choreography department of the Amsterdam Theaterschool. Ann Liv Young will create a mass-choreography performance with 36 students of the SNDO, based on the character Sherry, titled “37 Sherrys”.
On January 17 and 18, 2011 the residency will open with several lectures.
The performance will premiere on the 18th of February 2011 in the Something Raw Festival in Theater Frascati, Amsterdam.
On January 22 and 23, 2011 Ann Liv Young will show her solo “Cinderella” at the Melkweg Theater in Amsterdam.
